Our work is underpinned by human centred design approaches and engagement with stakeholders.

We don't follow a standard template and we talk with you about options, so you benefit from the creativity and energy of fresh ideas and fun approaches.

We engage with some of the best facilitators in Australia and New Zealand to offer professional development opportunities and facilitation to engage and motivate participants. No boring soliloquy from us! Lunchtime, online and in person events are all catered for.

Who is The Transformative Impact Collective?

The Transformative Impact Collective is a dynamic new social enterprise founded by Robyn Monro Miller AM in 2021 and now has clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Our mission is about working in partnership with organisations to transform their approach to stakeholder engagement and support them to create genuine impact in their work.

A key passion of ours is supporting organisations to engage meaningfully with children and young people within the framework of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and the Global Goals.

What is your approach ?

Our work centres on authentic human design led approaches that harness the creativity, playfulness, and passion of young minds (and the young at heart!). We don't do boring. We focus on people and human engagement in the outcomes achieved. We want our clients to be happy and we want to know the work undertaken will make a significant difference to the lives of others.

What work do you undertake?

The scope of our work covers all age groups and includes workshop facilitation, consultations, program delivery, resource production, and any other project our clients can dream up for us!

We know our skills sets and limitations - if we don't think we can do it, we refer you on to a wonderful range of colleagues and associates who do have the skill set. We are not about creating an empire, just an impact!
