Robyn thrives on collaboration and engagement. An Executive level leader with over 30 years experience in NGO’s, Education, local government and the charity sector, she has a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, organisation development and transformative leadership.
Her work has led to representative leadership roles in the Children’s Services and Community sector and for Government at a state, national and international level.
Robyn played a significant role in the children's services reform in Australia between 1996 and 2018. This work she was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2001 and an AM in the Australian Honours List in 2022.
Her understanding of governance, policy, regulations, quality frameworks and strategies for advocacy has led to consultative roles wth a range of organisations. With a sound understanding of governance and human relationships, she has served on the Boards of National and International Organisations and held positions of office including President.
A highly skilled facilitator, public speaker and media spokesperson Robyn has has presented at events across the world
A career highlight was as a member of the International Play Association delegation to the UN to progress the development of the UN General Comment on Article 31 “The child’s right to play” and presenting at the UN Day of Discussion on Children and the environment.
In 2021, Robyn took a leap of faith to deliver on her own personal mission - to work with good people and create meaningful impact in the community.
In July 2021, her mission came to life and The Transformative Impact Collective was born!

With qualifications in training, children's services and mental health Rebecca is a highly skilled and sought after facilitator and training assessor. She has worked for several Registered training Organisations (RTO's) and delivered workshops and assessments for a range of audiences.
Rebecca is a " people person", passionate about creating environments where everyone feels comfortable to participate and empowering people to make a difference in their community.
Bec has known Robyn for 25 years and shared her vision to work with good people in great organisations and empower them to make an impact.
She joined the Transformative Impact Collective in January 2023 and has loved every project so far! on what we call our "magical carpet ride".
